Nowadays obesity is a major health concern because it affects from childhood to old age at any stage of life. For the majority of people reducing weight is difficult, and maintaining weight loss is even more challenging. Most people who lose a significant amount of weight regain it two to three years later or immediately when they stop following the diet plans. Rapid or fast weight loss can create serious health problems due to malnutrition like headaches, fatigue, irritability, constipation, hair loss, menstrual irregularities in females, and electrolyte imbalances.
